1. Submit Documentation: Submit a detailed description of the issue accompanied by photos or a video through the service call page on our website. We will evaluate the case and determine whether it is covered by our Safe & Sound Promise™. We will schedule an appointment to resolve the problem or provide a quote to address the issue.
2. Schedule Service Call: Contact HomeHero to schedule a warranty service call. We’ll send a technician to your home to investigate the issue and evaluate whether it is covered under our HomeHero Safe & Sound Promise™.
