Do you require a deposit?

Deposit Policy 

  • Jobs under $500 (quick fixes, assembly, small installs): No deposit needed. Just approve the estimate to schedule. Pay when the job’s done and you’re happy.
  • Jobs $500+ (Room Refresh, painting, larger fixtures, etc.): 25% deposit required to schedule and secure materials. Balance due on completion (card on file optional for convenience).

Do you refund for excess or unused materials?

Yes — any refunds after materials have been purchased may include a 20% return fee, depending on the supplier’s policies.

Do property managers get special rates?

Yes — volume pricing, priority scheduling, and net-30 invoicing available for qualified managers with 3+ units.
