Our standard service call minimum is $175, which covers dispatch, vehicle fee, and up to 1 full hour of handyman labor.

Multi-Item Bundle Discounts:
When you add additional tasks to the same visit, secondary items are billed at our discounted Add-On Rates ($25–$75) rather than standalone minimums.

Materials & Procurement:
Clients typically supply primary fixtures and finish materials (faucets, lighting, ceiling fans, or door handles) to ensure the exact style they want. HomeHero supplies all professional shop sundries (screws, wall anchors, adhesives, caulk, and tape) at no charge. Any specialized materials procured by our team are billed at cost plus a 20% procurement fee.

Code & Compliance:
Major panel upgrades, full re-wires, or main gas line work must be performed by licensed trade specialists. We specialize in expert repairs, fixture replacements, and home maintenance. For permit-required trade work, we are happy to provide a vetted local referral.
